What if our HRIS isn't listed?
We connect to more than 100 HR systems beyond the eight shown here. Tell us which one you use and we'll confirm it on the demo.
Is our employee data safe?
Brand Sauce gets read-only access to the fields you approve: name, work email, start date, birthday (month and day) and employment status. Pay, banking and performance data are never shared, and your admin can switch access off at any time.
Who controls the budget and timing?
You do. Pick which moments to celebrate, set a gift card amount for each (more for 5- and 10-year anniversaries, for example) and choose when they send.
Do the gift cards expire?
Only if you want them to. Set an expiration date or leave it open. Your dashboard lists unused cards, so you can nudge anyone who hasn't ordered.
What happens when people join or leave?
The sync handles it. New hires are picked up when they're added to your HRIS, and when someone leaves, their future gifts stop.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship internationally from the United States, and for global teams we can arrange local decoration to cut shipping time and cost.
What does it cost?
You pay for your Brand Sauce store plan and the gift card amounts you choose. Store plans start at $1 a month, and we'll price the HRIS connection for your team on the demo.
